Terms of Service
Last updated October 12, 2026
1. The service
Assemble helps you organise your wardrobe, suggests outfit combinations from the clothes you own (and, if you choose, pieces you could buy), renders looks on a picture of you, builds optional 3D avatars, and lets you share looks with friends or through public links. By creating an account, or by continuing with Google, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older, and you confirm this when you create your account. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. Keep your password and sign-in codes private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse the AI features, or harm other users.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, names and notes you add. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to provide the service to you and to the people you share with. Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it, and only clothes and images you have the right to use. Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or that shows anyone who has not consented. You are responsible for what you upload. Any suggested look and any comment on a shared look can be reported: reported content that breaks these terms is removed, and the account behind it can be suspended. Photos you upload are processed by the drawing service that detects your pieces and draws your looks. You can delete any of them: a wardrobe photo from the item itself, and your full-body photos, renders and avatars in Settings.
4. AI suggestions and renders
Outfits, item details, renders and 3D avatars are generated by AI models and can be wrong: a colour may be misread, a garment may render slightly differently, a match may not suit the occasion. Treat them as suggestions, check anything that matters, and use "Report a wrong suggestion" so we can improve. We do not guarantee any particular result.
5. Consents for photos
AI analysis of wardrobe photos, rendering on your full-body photo and building a 3D avatar each require a consent you give at sign-up or in Settings. You can withdraw any of them at any time; features that need a withdrawn consent stop working until it is given again.
6. Credits, plans and payments
Some features use credits. New accounts receive starter credits; more come from credit packs or an allowance on the Plus and Pro plans (each month, or a year's credits up front on a yearly plan). Prices, allowances and any sales tax are shown before you pay. Payments are taken by our payment provider on its secure checkout; Assemble never sees your card details. Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription: the plan and its features stay until the end of the period you have paid for, then you move to the Free plan, and you keep the credits already in your balance. Moving to a higher plan is charged straight away for the rest of the current period and its credits are added at once; moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If a payment is refunded, the credits it added that are still unused are removed from your balance. Refunds are handled through Contact support.
7. Shopping links and partner stores
Product pages link to partner stores. Purchases are made on the store's site under the store's own terms, prices, delivery and returns. Some links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not the seller and cannot resolve orders, payments or returns with a store.
8. Sharing, friends and public links
Looks you share with a friend are visible to that friend; looks you publish with a public link are visible to anyone who has the link, including the outfit image, piece names and your message. Votes and comments from friends or link visitors appear on your look. Be kind: comments that are abusive, hateful or harassing can be reported and removed, and repeat offenders lose access. Blocking someone stops sharing in both directions and hides your public links from them.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or photos, scrape the service, reverse-engineer the app, overload the AI features, or use Assemble for anything unlawful. Daily limits on AI operations protect the service for everyone.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Assemble available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use Assemble after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that break these terms after telling you why, unless the breach is serious enough to require immediate action.
12. Liability
Assemble is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for decisions you make based on AI suggestions, for purchases made at partner stores, or for content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms go through Profile → Contact support in the app.
